Delete your account
You can delete your xPerDay account and everything in it at any time.
In the app
- Open xPerDay and go to the You tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. For your security, you may be asked to sign in again first.
Want a copy first? Tap Export my data under Privacy on the same screen.
By email
No longer have the app? Email privacy@xperday.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my xPerDay account”. We may ask you to confirm it’s you, and we’ll reply within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, goals, preferences and areas to go easy on.
- Your plans, sessions, skips, feedback and suggestions.
- Usage events linked to your account.
Deletion from our live systems is immediate; backups roll over within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires, such as records of purchases held by Apple or Google.
Subscriptions: deleting your account doesn’t cancel Plus. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play so you aren’t charged again.
